NCO's cast white metal arm badge with 2 loops to reverse. The regiment was raised in 1940 from a cadge of personnel from the 9th Lancers and the 17th/ 21st Lancers. Disbanded in 1945. An armoured regiment who fought in North West Europe. This badge is made from the cap badge with a wreath added. Ref Peter Seaman's book For Hostilities Only, his comments are worth a read.
