Brass dragon awarded for service in China 1841-43. This one is the thicker type with long loops. Sealed 1875. Churchill states 'worn by WOs and senior NCOs on the collar from 1875-79 only. My great mate Dixon Pickup assures me this was also worn on the forage cap facing this way. The long loops could well indicate that. Either way a scarce item. Ref Churchill 213
