27th Armoured Brigade

Pair of woven cloth formation signs cut and shaped from the shield type. Saw much action in the D Day landings as part of the 3rd Division. Rest of the 27th Armoured supported the follow up attacks at Caen. Disbanded in 1944. Ref Waring no.250
