18th Middlesex Rifle Volunteers (Paddington)

Silver pouch belt plate. Raised as 36th Middlesex and renumbered as 18th Middlesex in 1884 under the Cardwell Reforms. Small section of Guelphic crown missing to right. Hallmarked 1874 (WH in old English). Centre officially replaced to utilize plate. Complete with silver plated backplate, 3 bolts and 2 of 3 nuts. Information from Mick Jackson 'The Oracle' on London insignia. A very scarce item
