Shoulder Belt Plate

Old silver plate with gilt shamrocks and harp to centre. Could possibly be South African, Canadian or even London Irish. Think it is from a baldric belt. Harp bolted to centre with 2 nuts and green felt attached behind. Also 2 straps for fixing to reverse. Stamped on reverse ' Silverine Makers Potter London ' with unicorn emblem. Very heavy quality
